The staff were extremely helpful and friendly, always willing to go the extra mile for guests. The food at the restaurant was delicious and affordable, with a big pizza costing just 5€. The mountain location provided stunning views, and the hotel's shuttle service was convenient for getting around.
The beds were not the most comfortable, as they were sofa beds. the hotel was located quite far from the main village, up on a hill, so having a car was necessary.

This hotel offers great value for money, with affordable prices and basic amenities. The rooms are equipped with good cooking facilities, perfect for those who prefer to cook their own meals. The highlight of the hotel is definitely the breathtaking view over the Alps, which can be enjoyed from the balcony.
No complaints, everything was perfect!

The view from the room was breathtaking and simply beautiful. Despite being a bit far from the station, the shuttle bus was available and helpful to transport guests. Adding to that, the staff was hospitable and drove the guests to the skiing field and back.
The bed was extremely uncomfortable and the mattress was cheap. the WiFi signal was poor and the advertised restaurant and wellness area were not functional during the stay.

I had an incredible stay here! The staff were friendly and always willing to help, driving me to and from the skiing field every day. The room was clean and comfortable, with new furniture. The kitchen was tidy and well-equipped. The view from the room was stunning, with beautiful mountains in sight. The location was convenient, close to the Frejus tunnel and just a short distance from the bottom of the gondola. the cleanliness, hotel facilities, transportation, and location were top-notch.
Nothing bad to say.

We recently stayed at a mountain resort and were amazed by the picturesque view from our room. the staff were helpful, and the spacious rooms had a kitchenette and balcony. the location was perfect, close to the Frejus tunnel and ski slopes, providing opportunities for outdoor activities. Despite the cold weather outside, the room was warm and comfortable with adequate service. We enjoyed a delightful breakfast with an adjoining restaurant to the hotel.
The spa was not available in the hotel and we had to use another hotel's spa.
